DISCIPLINE POLICY
It is the intent of Request Personnel Services Inc. to provide a standard of conduct. Request Personnel Services Inc. believes that policies and procedures need to be in place and enforced for the orderly operation of our business.
Employees are asked to use reasonable judgment at all times and to seek a competent person for advice in any difficult situation.
When a disciplinary action takes place, the Director of Health and Safety Services will handle such matter as to insure the client and employee's rights are protected, and that appropriate action is enforced.
Communication between management and employees will hopefully create a friendlier compatible working environment. Supervisors should inform the employee of both good and bad performances in an effort to improve their working skills. If the workers performance does not meet the standard the employee should be given ample time to improve .If at this time the employee cannot reach an acceptable standard he/she will be removed from the assignment.

All disciplinary actions depend on the nature of the problem along with the severity of the misconduct, which could be handled in the following manner.
-
MINOR MISCONDUCT: Verbal warning placed on file.
-
MEDIUM MISCONDUCT: Written warning placed on file and possible suspension.
-
MAJOR MISCONDUCT: Permanent Employment Termination.
