INDUSTRIAL EVALUATIONS

Math Skills Evaluation:  Evaluates the candidate's numerical computation skills.

Aptitude Evaluation:  Measures the candidate's verbal comprehension, reading comprehension, visual inspection, counting, sorting, matching and problem solving skills.

WHMIS Evaluation:  Evaluates the candidate's comprehension of current WHMIS legislation.

Material Handlers Evaluation:  Evaluates the candidates working comprehension of warehousing environments. The evaluation encompasses safety regulations, warehouse procedures and general knowledge questions.

Dynamometer Strength Evaluation:  Measures candidate's physical strength capacities against the candidate's comfortable abilities. Useful tool for gauging a candidates lifting capacity in the leg and back areas.  

Personnel Evaluation Test:   Accurately measures a candidate's general intelligence that therefore allows Request Personnel to match candidates with positions that best suit their mental aptitude. The Personnel evaluation gauges the candidates learning ability, understanding instruction and problem solving skills for employment services.

Manual Dexterity Evaluation:  Measures the candidates hand-eye coordination and their ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Evaluates two types of activity, gross movement of hands, fingers and arms and fingertip dexterity as necessary for packaging and assembly tasks.
