PAYCHEQUES

 

PAY PERIODS
 
  1. Employees are paid weekly. Pay day is every Friday.

  2. Pay cheques reflect actual hours worked. Which are forwarded by our clients.

  3. Hours are forwarded by our clients for the actual hours worked in the preceding week.

  4. Our Pay Period begins on Sunday and ends on Saturday.

If you are currently employed by Request Personnel.

 
  1. Your pay cheque will be dropped off to you at your current work location- every Friday.

  2. You may choose to pick up your pay cheque at our branch office. Please notify a customer service representative in order to make these arrangements.

  3. If a friend or relative is picking up your pay cheque. Authorization is necessary to process. Please notify a customer service rep. in our branch office in order to make appropriate arrangements. Identification and signatures are necessary.

  4. We do not mail out pay cheques. However, please note that Direct Deposit is coming soon. We will notify ALL current candidates in advance.

 


If you are NOT currently employed by Request Personnel.

 

  1. If you are NOT currently working, pay cheques can be picked up in our local office

  2. We do NOT mail out pay cheques.

 


Lost, Stolen or Misplaced Pay Cheques

 
  1. Lost, stolen or misplaced employee pay cheques will be assessed an administration fee of , $ 25.00 + G.S.T.  =  $ 26.75   per occurrence

  2. Replacement pay cheques will be processed and issued, once we have proper clearance from our bank, or, the lost, stolen or misplaced pay cheque is returned to Request Personnel Services Inc.

  3. Replacement checks will be issued the week after clearance has been identified to our satisfaction. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

 

Questions or Concerns

 
  1. Please contact us immediately if there is a concern with your hours worked. However, please remember that you, the employee, are responsible for ' tracking your weekly work hours.

  2. Client timesheets and records will be identified and processed as the FINAL reference for all employee hours.

  3. All pay cheque corrections will be adjusted the following week. Whether it is an overpayment or underpayment made by the company.

  4. We DO NOT provide employee pay advancements.
