Pre-screening saves companies time and money. Precise evaluations give candidates a preview of the tasks they will be performing before they accept a Request Personnel assignment. This significantly reduces turnover by enabling the candidate to decide if the assignment is right for them. It also allows Request Personnel to assess if the candidate is right for the client.

The evaluations complement an interview process that identifies employee skills and work habits: attention to detail, adaptability, concentration, as well as experience.


Request Personnel's written evaluations consist of seven (7) separate sections. Each section is designed to measure a particular group of traits that affect overall job performance. The evaluations can be customized to fit specific client human resources requirements.
