RULES & REGULATIONS

 

Discipline for any of the following infractions could range from a verbal reprimand to discharge depending on the circumstances surrounding the infraction of the Company rules.

 

  • Un-excused or habitual lateness in reporting to work.
  • Frequent or continued absenteeism.
  • Failure to swipe time cards, punch timecards or sign in or out.
  • Stopping work before the signal for lunch, coffee or quitting time or returning late from coffee or lunch breaks.
  • Leaving the department, building or property without permission.
  • Wasting time, sleeping or loitering during working hours.
  • Refusing or failing to follow instructions or do work as assigned.
  • Unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions.
  • Unauthorized operation of machines, tools or any equipment without permission.
  • Smoking during working hours or in other than designated areas.
  • Unauthorized posting, removal or writing on notices or signs.
  • Failure to advice the Company of change of address, telephone number or any other information required by the Company.
  • Consuming food or beverages in unauthorized areas.
  • Unauthorized consumption of company products or supplies.
  • Unauthorized use of Company telephones or computers.
  • Failure to wear the required personal protective equipment or an article required by the Company.

Discipline for any of the following infractions could range from a verbal reprimand to discharge depending on the circumstances surrounding the infraction of the Company rules.

 

  • Creating or contributing to unsanitary conditions.
  • Careless workmanship or making unnecessary scrap.
  • Interfering with other employees, shouting or causing confusion or carrying on demonstrations.
  • Immoral or indecent behavior.
  • Using abusive language to any employee, supervisor or any Request Personnel staff and Clients.
  • Fighting, scuffling, running, throwing or indulging in horseplay.
  • Making or publishing false, vicious or malicious statements concerning the Company, it's products or any employee.
  • Misuse or removal of Company property without authorization.

The following rules constitute more serious breaches in policy and could result in the discipline up to and including Permanent Termination.
 
  • Theft of Company time/ property or the property of another employee.
  • Threatening, intimidating, striking or coercing employees, supervisors or Request Personnel staff and clients.
  • Deliberate abuse or destruction of company property or property of any employee.
  • Reporting for work under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substance or consuming or using alcohol or illegal substances on Company property.
  • Falsifying time cards or any other records.
  • Refusing to obey orders of a supervisor or any member of Request Personnel or client.
